Supporting counselors-in-training is integral to the Foundation’s mission. By providing scholarships and fellowships, the Foundation increases the number of counselors committed to helping priority underserved communities. The Foundation offers scholarships and fellowships to master’s and doctoral counseling students, training awards to individuals earning the BCC certification, and professional development awards to CCE credential holders.
NBCC Foundation military and rural scholarships provide financial support to master’s-level counseling students who are committed to serving in these communities.
The NBCC Minority Fellowship Program provides financial support to master’s- and doctoral-level counseling students who commit to serving minority communities.
